I would highly recommend Sandra Baynham to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Whistler. I am based in Vancouver and was unable to come up and look at every property available. Sandra went above and beyond regular customer service in that she would take videos of the properties I was interested in and upload them onto a youtube site I could access and watch from home. This not only saved a huge amount of time, but was extremely helpful in knowing when to come up to see a property in person. I absolutely loved working with Sandra to find our weekend Whistler retreat. While we started the search on our own, after a few months of disappointing viewings a friend suggested we contact Sandra and I'm so glad we did. Sandra really knows Whistler and understood exactly the type of place we were looking for. She went out of her way to view properties for us (we are in Vancouver) and make videos of the units plus surronding area for us. From the beginning I felt that she had our best interests at heart and she really managed our expectations, sending us details of past sales and comprable units so when the time came we could make an informed decision.
